Anti-PRAS40 (P240) Antibody

Reactive with human, mouse and rat samples, the reagent was raised against a synthetic peptide corresponding to amino acids 210–260 of human PRAS40 and detects endogenous levels of Akt1 S1 protein. The antibody was affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity chromatography using the epitope-specific immunogen, with a reported purity of greater than 95% by SDS-PAGE.

Provided at 1 mg/ml in phosphate-buffered saline (PBS) containing 0.05% sodium azide, at approximately pH 7.2. The target has a reported molecular weight of approximately 40 kDa.
