Anti-PRAK Antibody

Raised in rabbit against the p38-regulated/activated kinase PRAK (also known as MAPKAPK5), this polyclonal reagent from Antibodies.com is supplied as 100 µl of unconjugated antiserum for use in Western blot and immunofluorescence workflows on human samples. PRAK is a serine/threonine kinase that sits downstream of p38 MAP kinase in the cellular stress response, phosphorylating substrates such as HSP27 and contributing to cytoskeletal remodeling, cell-cycle progression, and tumor-suppressor signaling.

The antibody is unconjugated, allowing it to be paired with HRP, Alexa Fluor, or biotinylated secondaries selected by the user.
