Anti-PRAF2 (L166) Antibody

Antibodies.com offers a rabbit polyclonal antibody raised against PRAF2 (also known as JM4). The reagent is unconjugated and validated for Western blotting (WB), immunohistochemistry (IHC) and immunofluorescence (IF), and reacts with Human, Mouse and Rat samples.

The immunogen is a synthetic peptide corresponding to amino acids 141-190 of Human PRAF2. The antibody was affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity-chromatography using an epitope-specific immunogen, with purity greater than 95% by SDS-PAGE. It detects endogenous levels of JM4/PRAF2 protein, and the target has a molecular weight of ~20 kDa.

The product is supplied at 1 mg/ml in Phosphate buffered saline (PBS) with 0.05% sodium azide, approximately pH 7.2.
