Anti-PRAF2 Antibody

Manufactured by Antibodies.com, this rabbit polyclonal antibody targets PRAF2, with the reagent detecting endogenous levels of the protein in human, mouse and rat samples. The unconjugated antibody is validated for Western blotting, immunohistochemistry, immunocytochemistry/immunofluorescence and ELISA applications.

The antibody was raised in rabbit against a synthetic peptide derived from the C-terminal region of human PRAF2. It is supplied as a liquid formulation in PBS containing 50% glycerol, 0.5% BSA and 0.02% sodium azide at a concentration of 1 mg/mL, and is of the IgG isotype. The reagent was affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity-chromatography using the epitope-specific immunogen.

For handling, the antibody is shipped at 4 °C. Upon delivery it should be aliquoted and stored at -20 °C, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided to preserve activity.
