Anti-PR (phospho-S190) Antibody

Rabbit polyclonal antibody raised against the Progesterone Receptor (PR) phosphorylated at Serine 190, supplied unconjugated by Antibodies.com. The reagent is validated for Western Blotting (WB) and Immunohistochemistry (IHC) and is reactive with Human, Mouse, and Rat samples.

The antibody is provided at 1 mg/ml in Phosphate buffered saline (PBS) with 0.05% sodium azide, approximately pH 7.2. The recognised target corresponds to PR-A at ~ 90 kDa and PR-B at ~ 118 kDa. The product was affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity chromatography using an epitope-specific immunogen — a synthetic phosphopeptide derived from human PR around the phosphorylation site of Serine 190 — and the purity is > 95% as determined by SDS-PAGE.
