Anti-PR/PGR (phospho-S294) Antibody

From Antibodies.com, this rabbit polyclonal antibody is raised against the Progesterone Receptor (PR/PGR) at the phosphorylated Serine 294 residue. The immunogen is a synthetic phosphopeptide derived from human PGR surrounding the S294 phosphorylation site, allowing selective recognition of the phosphorylated receptor.

The unconjugated antibody is validated for Western blot (WB) applications and shows reactivity with human, mouse, and rat samples. It is affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by epitope-specific affinity chromatography, with a purity greater than 95% as determined by SDS-PAGE. On Western blots, two bands are expected at approximately 90 kDa (corresponding to the PR-A isoform) and 118 kDa (corresponding to the PR-B isoform).
