Anti-PPP6C Antibody

Affinity-purified polyclonal reagent raised in rabbit against the catalytic subunit of protein phosphatase 6 (PPP6C). PPP6C is a serine/threonine phosphatase implicated in cell-cycle progression, the DNA-damage response, and regulation of NF-κB and Aurora A kinase signaling pathways. The IgG fraction is supplied unconjugated in a 200 µl vial and is validated for Western blot detection of the target in human, mouse, and rat samples. Recommended for research use only, the antibody should be stored aliquoted at -20 °C to preserve performance across repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
