Anti-PPP4R4 Antibody

Produced by Antibodies.com, this rabbit polyclonal IgG reagent recognizes PPP4R4 (protein phosphatase 4 regulatory subunit 4), a HEAT-repeat scaffolding protein that forms a cytoplasmic heterodimer with the PP4 catalytic subunit. The unconjugated antibody is supplied as a 200 µl single-use vial and is validated for western blot detection of endogenous PPP4R4 in mouse samples, where it yields a band near the expected ~45 kDa molecular weight. PPP4R4 contributes to PP4 holoenzyme assembly and has been linked to DNA damage response, innate immune signaling, and the survival of myeloid leukemic cells, making this reagent a useful probe for studies of phosphatase complex composition, genome stability, and pathway regulation in cell lysates and tissue homogenates.
