Anti-PPP4R1 Antibody

A rabbit polyclonal IgG antibody from Antibodies.com, raised against PPP4R1 (Protein phosphatase 4 regulatory subunit 1). The immunogen is a recombinant fusion protein containing amino acids 324–647 of human PPP4R1. The reagent is unconjugated, supplied in liquid form, and validated for Western blot (WB) and immunoprecipitation (IP) on human and mouse samples.

Recommended dilutions are 1:500–1:2,000 for WB and 1:50–1:100 for IP. The antibody is affinity-purified and formulated in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) with 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide. The predicted molecular weight of PPP4R1 is 130 kDa, and the concentration is reported as lot specific.

External annotation places PPP4R1 in the nucleoplasm, with low tissue specificity, and maps the gene to chromosome 18. The product is shipped at 4°C; on receipt it should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided.
