Anti-PPP4C Antibody

A rabbit polyclonal antibody from Antibodies.com directed against PPP4C, the catalytic subunit of serine/threonine protein phosphatase 4. PPP4C participates in DNA damage checkpoint signaling, mitotic exit, microtubule organization, centrosome maturation, histone modification, and NF-κB pathway regulation, making this reagent broadly applicable across cancer biology, cell cycle, and chromatin research programs.

Validated for Western blot (WB), immunohistochemistry (IHC), and immunofluorescence (IF) applications.
