Anti-PPP4C Antibody

This unconjugated mouse monoclonal antibody targets the catalytic subunit of protein phosphatase 4 (PPP4C), a serine/threonine phosphatase implicated in DNA damage repair, NF-κB signaling, microtubule organization, and cell-cycle checkpoint control. The reagent is supplied by Antibodies.com as a 50 µl aliquot of purified immunoglobulin in 0.1 M Tris-Glycine buffer (pH 7.4) containing 150 mM NaCl, 50% glycerol, and 0.2% sodium azide as a preservative.

Validated for western blot, immunohistochemistry, and immunocytochemistry on human samples, the clone binds endogenous human PPP4C and is intended for research use only. The unconjugated format supports flexible pairing with user-selected secondary labels in chromogenic or fluorescence workflows, enabling detection of PPP4C expression in cultured mammalian cells and in fixed tissue sections.

Storage at -20 °C in the supplied glycerol buffer preserves antibody activity across multiple freeze-thaw cycles when small working aliquots are prepared.
