Anti-PPP3CB Antibody

Manufactured by Antibodies.com, this rabbit polyclonal reagent targets the catalytic beta subunit of calcineurin (PPP3CB) and is supplied as a 100 µl aliquot of unconjugated, antigen-affinity purified IgG. The antibody was raised against a recombinant protein fragment corresponding to a region within amino acids 63 and 363 of human PPP3CB, and validated applications include Western blotting (recommended at 1:1000 on 30 µg whole-cell lysates such as A431 and MOLT4 separated by 7.5% SDS-PAGE) and immunohistochemistry on human samples. The product is formulated in 0.1 M Tris-buffered saline with 10% glycerol (pH 7.0), with 0.01% thimerosal added as a preservative, and is shipped at 4 °C; upon receipt it should be aliquoted and stored at –20 °C, avoiding repeated freeze/thaw cycles.
