PPP3CA (calcineurin catalytic subunit A alpha isoform) is the calcium/calmodulin-dependent serine/threonine phosphatase that drives NFAT dephosphorylation in T-cell receptor signaling, neuronal calcium signaling, and cardiac hypertrophy pathways. This polyclonal reagent from Antibodies.com was raised in rabbit and affinity-purified to recognize the catalytic subunit across human, mouse, and rat samples.

Supplied as a 100 µl aliquot at 1 mg/ml in PBS with 0.1% sodium azide and 50% glycerol, the unconjugated antibody supports western blot on whole-cell lysates, immunohistochemistry on formalin-fixed sections, and immunofluorescence on cultured cells. Researchers studying calcineurin-NFAT signaling in lymphocytes, synaptic plasticity in hippocampal neurons, and hypertrophic responses in cardiomyocytes use this reagent to track endogenous PPP3CA levels and subcellular distribution. Aliquot upon arrival and store frozen; protect from light for fluorescent workflows and minimize freeze-thaw cycles to preserve binding activity.
