Anti-PPP2R4 Antibody

This polyclonal reagent is offered by Antibodies.com as a 50 µL aliquot of an affinity-purified rabbit immunoglobulin raised against PPP2R4. The antibody is supplied at a concentration of 1.0 mg/mL in a phosphate-buffered formulation (pH 7.4, containing 150 mM NaCl, 0.02% sodium azide, and 50% glycerol, without Mg²⁺ and Ca²⁺), and is unconjugated, leaving it compatible with standard secondary detection chemistries. The immunogen used for immunization was a recombinant human PPP2R4 protein, and the preparation is intended to detect endogenous levels of total PPP2R4. The antibody is of the IgG isotype and reacts with samples from human and mouse origin, making it suitable for immunocytochemistry and immunofluorescence workflows. Each unit is shipped at 4°C and should be aliquoted and stored at –20°C upon arrival, with repeated freeze/thaw cycles avoided to preserve activity.
