Anti-PPP2R3B Antibody

From Antibodies.com, this Rabbit polyclonal antibody targets PPP2R3B and is validated for Western blot (WB) applications. It reacts with Human and Mouse samples, is unconjugated, of IgG isotype, and purified by affinity methods.

The immunogen is a recombinant fusion protein containing a sequence corresponding to amino acids 356-575 of human PPP2R3B (NP_037371.2). The target protein has a molecular weight of 80 kDa. Recommended Western blot dilution is 1:500-1:2,000. The product is supplied as a liquid in Phosphate Buffered Saline, pH 7.3, with 50% Glycerol and 0.02% Sodium Azide. Concentration is lot specific. The antibody is shipped at 4°C and should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C upon delivery, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided.

Two scientific validation images are provided. In Western blot experiments, the antibody was used at 1:1,000 dilution on extracts of various cell lines and on extracts of mouse skeletal muscle. Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG H&L Antibody (HRP) was used as the secondary antibody at 1:10,000 dilution. Lysates/proteins were loaded at 25µg per lane and blocked with 3% non-fat dry milk in TBST.
