Anti-PPP2R2A Antibody

Raised in rabbit and affinity-purified to a polyclonal IgG preparation, this unconjugated primary antibody from Antibodies.com is validated for the detection of the serine/threonine-protein phosphatase 2A regulatory subunit B alpha isoform encoded by the PPP2R2A gene (also known as B55A, B55alpha, PR52A, PR55A, and PR55alpha). The reagent is supplied as a 50 µl liquid at 1 mg/ml in phosphate-buffered saline and is suitable for Western blotting (WB), immunohistochemistry (IHC), and immunofluorescence/immunocytochemistry (IF) workflows. It cross-reacts with Human, Mouse, and Rat samples, making it a flexible choice for cross-species studies of PP2A subunit expression. Endogenous PPP2R2A protein runs at approximately 52–55 kDa, in agreement with the expected molecular weight of the B55-alpha regulatory subunit.
