Anti-PPP2R2A Antibody

Raised in rabbits against the alpha isoform of the B55 regulatory subunit of protein phosphatase 2A, this Antibodies.com polyclonal reagent targets endogenous PPP2R2A in human, mouse, and rat samples. The B55α subunit governs substrate selection and subcellular targeting of the PP2A holoenzyme, a major serine/threonine phosphatase implicated in mitotic exit, the DNA damage response, and tumor suppressor pathways.

Supplied unconjugated at 1 mg/mL in PBS with 0.05% sodium azide at approximately pH 7.2, the antibody supports western blot, immunohistochemistry, and immunofluorescence staining workflows without a directly conjugated reporter. Each vial contains 100 µL of liquid stock; aliquot upon first use to limit freeze-thaw cycles and store refrigerated for routine benchtop work, or frozen for long-term preservation.
