Anti-PPP2R2A Antibody

From Antibodies.com, this is a rabbit polyclonal IgG antibody raised against PPP2R2A and supplied as an unconjugated liquid reagent. It is validated for Western blot (WB) and immunohistochemistry (IHC) and reacts with human, mouse, and rat samples. The target corresponds to the protein also known as PP2A-B55a/PR55a, and the immunogen is a recombinant fusion protein covering amino acids 1–447 of human PPP2R2A (NP_002708.1), with an apparent molecular weight of 52 kDa.

The antibody is affinity purified and formulated in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide; concentration is lot specific. Recommended starting dilutions are 1:500–1:2,000 for WB and 1:50–1:200 for IHC. The reagent is shipped at 4°C and should be aliquoted and stored at –20°C upon receipt, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided.
