Anti-PPP2R1B Antibody

Manufactured by Antibodies.com, this affinity-purified reagent is raised in rabbit and supplied as a polyclonal antiserum directed against the serine/threonine-protein phosphatase 2A 65 kDa regulatory subunit A beta isoform encoded by PPP2R1B (also known as PP2A subunit A isoform PR65-beta / R1-beta). The immunogen is a synthesized peptide derived from an internal region of human PPP2R1B, allowing the antibody to recognize endogenous levels of total PPP2R1B protein. It is unconjugated and formulated at 1.0 mg/mL as Rabbit IgG in phosphate buffered saline (without Mg²⁺ and Ca²⁺), pH 7.4, containing 150 mM NaCl, 0.02% sodium azide and 50% glycerol. Validated for Western blot (WB) and immunohistochemistry (IHC) on human samples, the 50 µL aliquot is shipped at 4 °C and should be stored at –20 °C upon delivery, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided to preserve activity.
