Anti-PPP2R1B Antibody

This polyclonal antibody from Antibodies.com targets the PPP2R1B protein, the beta isoform of the scaffolding A subunit of serine/threonine phosphatase PP2A. PPP2R1B contributes to substrate recognition and subcellular targeting of the PP2A holoenzyme, and altered expression has been reported in several solid tumor types, including lung and colorectal carcinomas, making the reagent useful for cancer signaling research.
