Anti-PPP2R1A Antibody

Produced by Antibodies.com, this polyclonal reagent targets the alpha scaffolding subunit (Aα) of serine/threonine protein phosphatase 2A. PPP2R1A forms the structural core of the PP2A holoenzyme and is recurrently mutated in breast and ovarian carcinomas, where loss-of-function variants destabilize trimeric complex assembly and dysregulate downstream dephosphorylation cascades. The antibody is validated for Western blot and immunohistochemistry on human, mouse, and rat specimens, supporting cross-species studies of cell cycle control, apoptosis regulation, and PI3K/AKT pathway signaling. Supplied as 100 µl of unconjugated rabbit Ig, the reagent is straightforward to conjugate or to apply at user-defined dilutions for membrane stripping/reprobing experiments and for archival FFPE tissue panels.
