Anti-PPP2R1A Antibody

From Antibodies.com, this rabbit polyclonal antibody is raised against PPP2R1A and is supplied as a primary antibody reagent. The unconjugated IgG antibody is validated for western blot (WB) and immunocytochemistry/immunofluorescence (ICC/IF) applications. According to the manufacturer datasheet, it reacts with human, mouse and rat samples.

The immunogen is a recombinant fusion protein containing a sequence corresponding to amino acids 1-270 of human PP2A-Aalpha/PR65a/PP2A-Aa/PR65a/PPP2R1A (NP_055040.2). The antibody is supplied as a liquid in Phosphate Buffered Saline, pH 7.3, with 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide, and has been purified by affinity chromatography. The reported molecular weight is 65 kDa and the concentration is lot specific.

Recommended dilutions, per the manufacturer, are WB: 1:500-1:2,000 and ICC/IF: 1:10-1:100. The product is shipped at 4°C; on receipt it should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided.
