Anti-PPP1R8 Antibody

Rabbit polyclonal IgG targeting PPP1R8 (also called NIPP1, ARD-1, or nuclear inhibitor of protein phosphatase 1), the predominantly nuclear regulatory subunit of PP1 that recruits the phosphatase to phosphopeptide substrates through its Forkhead-associated (FHA) domain. The reagent detects endogenous total PPP1R8 across the three known isoforms generated by alternative splicing of the same gene — NIPP1α (full-length, ~351 residues), NIPP1β/SDCCAG3, and the shorter ARD-1 endoribonuclease variant — and supports expression profiling by Western blot, tissue-level localization by immunohistochemistry, and nuclear subcellular visualization by immunofluorescence in human, mouse, and rat samples.
