Anti-PPP1R2 (Ab-120 / 121) Antibody

Manufactured by Antibodies.com, this rabbit polyclonal reagent is raised against a synthetic non-phosphopeptide derived from the human PPP1R2 sequence flanking the serine 120 / serine 121 phosphorylation site (Q-E-S-S-G-E), and it has been affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by epitope-specific affinity chromatography. The unconjugated IgG is supplied as 50 µl of liquid at 1.0 mg/mL, formulated in phosphate-buffered saline (without Mg²⁺ or Ca²⁺), pH 7.4, with 150 mM NaCl, 0.02% sodium azide and 50% glycerol. It is validated for Western blotting (WB) and immunohistochemistry (IHC), and it cross-reacts with Human, Mouse and Rat samples, where it recognises endogenous levels of total PPP1R2 (also known as IPP-2 / IPP2, Protein phosphatase inhibitor 2). Recommended dilution ranges are WB 1:500–1:3000 and IHC 1:50–1:100. The antibody is shipped on cold packs at 4 °C from the Cambridge (UK) depot with a typical lead time of 4–6 business days; on arrival it should be aliquoted and stored at –20 °C, avoiding repeated freeze/thaw cycles, with short-term working stocks kept refrigerated at 2–8 °C for up to two weeks.
