Anti-PPP1R1B Antibody

Rabbit polyclonal antibody supplied by Antibodies.com, raised against PPP1R1B (also known as DARPP32). The antibody is unconjugated and of IgG isotype, with reactivity confirmed in Human, Mouse and Rat samples. The immunogen is a recombinant fusion protein corresponding to amino acids 1–116 of human DARPP32 (NP_115568.2). The target protein has a molecular weight of 34 kDa. The antibody is affinity purified and supplied as a liquid in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.01% thiomersal. Storage instructions are shipped at 4°C; upon delivery, aliquot and store at –20°C, avoiding freeze/thaw cycles.

Recommended dilutions are WB: 1:100–1:500 and ICC/IF: 1:50–1:200.
