Anti-PPP1R13L Antibody

The reagent is unconjugated, of IgG isotype, and the target is detected in Human and Mouse samples. The immunogen is a recombinant fusion protein containing a sequence corresponding to amino acids 589–828 of human PPP1R13L (NP_006654.2). The antibody is provided as a liquid with a molecular weight of 105 kDa and is formulated in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% Glycerol and 0.02% Sodium Azide. Purification is performed by affinity chromatography. For Western blot, the recommended dilution range is 1:500–1:2,000. Concentration is lot specific.
