Anti-PPP1CC Antibody

Manufactured by Antibodies.com, this Anti-PPP1CC reagent is a mouse monoclonal antibody of the IgG2b isotype, raised against purified recombinant human PPP1CC protein fragments expressed inE. coli. The unconjugated antibody is supplied as a 50 µL aliquot of an affinity-purified, liquid preparation in 0.1 M Tris-Glycine buffer (pH 7.4, 150 mM NaCl) containing 0.2% sodium azide, 0.1 mg/mL BSA and 50% glycerol. Validated specifically for Western blotting at a recommended dilution of 1:500, the antibody recognises endogenous levels of PPP1CC in human samples and shows the predicted band at approximately 38 kDa (e.g. in HeLa, 293T and Jurkat lysates), without cross-reacting with related phosphatase isoforms. Intended for research use only, it is recommended to aliquot the reagent upon receipt and to store it at -20 °C, avoiding repeated freeze-thaw cycles to preserve performance across multiple experiments.
