Anti-PPP1CC Antibody

This rabbit polyclonal antibody from Antibodies.com is raised against PP1C gamma (PPP1CC) and is supplied unconjugated as an IgG reagent. It reacts with human, mouse, and rat samples and is knockout (KO) validated for Western blot (WB) and ICC/IF. The immunogen is a recombinant fusion protein containing a sequence corresponding to amino acids 1–323 of human PPP1CC (NP_002701.1), and the reported molecular weight of the target is 38 kDa. The antibody has also been listed for use in immunohistochemistry (IHC), immunoprecipitation (IP), and chromatin immunoprecipitation (ChIP). For Western blot, a recommended dilution of 1:200–1:2,000 is given, and for ICC/IF, 1:50–1:200. The reagent is affinity purified and supplied as a liquid in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3), containing 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide. It is shipped at 4°C; upon delivery it should be aliquoted and stored at –20°C, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided. The concentration is lot specific.
