Anti-PPP1CB Antibody

Produced by Antibodies.com, this unconjugated mouse monoclonal antibody recognizes PPP1CB, the beta isoform catalytic subunit of serine/threonine protein phosphatase 1. The reagent is supplied as 100 µl of purified immunoglobulin in 0.1 M Tris-Glycine buffer (pH 7.4, 150 mM NaCl) supplemented with 0.2% sodium azide and 50% glycerol, a cryoprotectant mixture that supports frozen storage and protects the protein through occasional freeze-thaw cycles without loss of binding activity.

Validated for western blot detection of PPP1CB in human and mouse samples, the antibody performs well on whole-cell lysates and recombinant protein preparations, supporting studies of PP1-dependent signalling in cell cycle progression, glycogen metabolism, and RNA splicing.
