Anti-PPP1CB Antibody

From Antibodies.com, this rabbit polyclonal antibody is raised against protein phosphatase 1 catalytic subunit beta (PPP1CB). It is supplied as a liquid reagent and has been validated for Western blot (WB), immunohistochemistry (IHC), and immunocytochemistry/immunofluorescence (ICC/IF), with confirmed reactivity against human, mouse, and rat samples.

The unconjugated IgG antibody was generated against a synthetic peptide corresponding to amino acids 250–331 of human PP1 beta (GenBank accession NP_002700.1) and detects endogenous PPP1CB in the 30–35 kDa molecular weight range. It is formulated in phosphate-buffered saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.01% thiomersal and purified by affinity chromatography. Recommended starting dilutions are 1:500–1:2,000 for WB, 1:50–1:200 for IHC, and 1:50–1:200 for ICC/IF; the concentration is lot-specific.
