Anti-PPP1CA Antibody

Manufactured by Antibodies.com, this affinity-purified reagent is a polyclonal antiserum raised in rabbit against the serine/threonine-protein phosphatase PP1-alpha catalytic subunit (PPP1CA), also referenced by the synonyms PP-1A and PPP1A. The unconjugated IgG antibody is supplied as a 50 µl aliquot at 1 mg/ml in PBS (without Mg²⁺ and Ca²⁺), pH 7.4, containing 150 mM NaCl, 0.02% sodium azide and 50% glycerol, and is intended for the detection of endogenous total PPP1CA protein. Validated applications include Western blotting (WB), immunohistochemistry (IHC) and immunocytochemistry/immunofluorescence (ICC/IF), with reactivity confirmed in human, mouse and rat samples. The antibody was purified by affinity purification using the immunogen, a recombinant human PPP1CA protein. For short-term use it should be kept at 4 °C; for longer storage it is recommended at −20 °C or below, with protection from repeated freeze–thaw cycles.
