Anti-PPOX Antibody

A rabbit polyclonal IgG antibody to PPOX from Antibodies.com, supplied as a primary antibody reagent. The unconjugated antibody is raised in rabbit against a recombinant fusion protein containing a sequence corresponding to amino acids 1–280 of human PPOX (NP_001116236.1).

It is validated for Western blot (WB) and immunohistochemistry (IHC), with recommended dilutions of WB: 1:500–1:2,000 and IHC: 1:50–1:200, and reacts with human and mouse samples. The target protein has a molecular weight of 51 kDa.

The antibody is affinity-purified and supplied as a liquid in phosphate-buffered saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide. It is shipped at 4 °C and should be aliquoted and stored at −20 °C, with freeze/thaw cycles to be avoided.
