Description
From Antibodies.com, this rabbit polyclonal antibody targets PPME1, also referred to as PME-1. The unconjugated IgG reagent is validated for Western Blot (WB) and ELISA applications and reacts with Human, Mouse, and Rat samples.
The immunogen is a recombinant fusion protein corresponding to amino acids 1-160 of human PME-1, with a predicted molecular weight of 42 kDa. The recommended WB dilution range is 1:500-1:2,000. The antibody is supplied as a liquid in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% Glycerol and 0.01% Thiomersal, and is purified by affinity chromatography. It is shipped at 4°C; upon delivery it should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C, avoiding freeze/thaw cycles.
