PPM1F (Protein Phosphatase, Mg2+/Mn2+ Dependent 1F), also known as POPX2, is a serine/threonine phosphatase implicated in regulating the actin cytoskeleton through interactions with the PIX/RAC signaling axis and in modulating ASK1-mediated stress responses. This polyclonal antibody from Antibodies.com is raised in rabbit and supplied as an unconjugated IgG in a 100 µl vial, validated for western blot and immunohistochemistry workflows on human samples. The reagent is affinity-purified against the immunogen and supports detection of endogenous PPM1F protein in cell lysates and fixed tissue sections. Investigators studying phosphatase signaling, cytoskeletal remodeling, or cancer cell biology can deploy this reagent to examine PPM1F expression and its phosphorylation-dependent regulation in established model systems.
