Anti-PPM1A Antibody

PPM1A (also termed PP2C-alpha) is a manganese-dependent type 2C phosphatase that terminates MAPK signalling by dephosphorylating p38, JNK and TAK1, and it participates in cellular responses to stress and DNA damage. Anti-PPM1A Antibody supports signalling research where reversible phosphorylation of the SAPK/JNK and p38 pathways is of interest, and the polyclonal format increases the chance of detecting the target across expression panels and treated versus untreated lysates. The unconjugated presentation allows direct conjugation in the user's own labelling protocol when a custom reporter is preferred.
