Anti-PPM1A Antibody

This rabbit polyclonal antibody from Antibodies.com is raised against PPM1A and supplied as an unconjugated liquid reagent. It is validated for Western blot (WB) and immunocytochemistry/immunofluorescence (ICC/IF) applications and reacts with human, mouse, and rat samples.

The antibody is produced in rabbit and is of the IgG isotype. It is purified by affinity purification and formulated in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide. The reported molecular weight of the target is 42 kDa. The immunogen is a recombinant fusion protein containing a sequence corresponding to amino acids 1–382 of human PPM1A (NP_066283.1). Recommended dilutions are WB 1:500–1:2,000 and ICC/IF 1:50–1:200.
