Anti-PPL Antibody

From Antibodies.com, this rabbit polyclonal antibody is raised against Periplakin (PPL) and is supplied as a Primary Antibody. The unconjugated IgG reagent has been validated for western blot and immunofluorescence (ICC/IF) applications, and reacts with human, mouse, and rat samples.

The target protein migrates at a molecular weight of 205 kDa. The immunogen corresponds to amino acids 1–130 of human PPL (NP_002696.3) expressed as a recombinant fusion protein. Affinity-purified and presented as a liquid, the antibody is formulated in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide, and is supplied at a lot-specific concentration. Recommended working dilutions are 1:500–1:2,000 for western blot and 1:50–1:100 for ICC/IF. The product is shipped at 4°C; upon arrival it should be aliquoted and stored at −20°C, avoiding repeated freeze/thaw cycles.
