Anti-PPIE Antibody

The Anti-PPIE polyclonal antibody from Antibodies.com is raised in rabbit and recognizes Cyclophilin E, a peptidyl-prolyl cis-trans isomerase that integrates into the spliceosomal U4/U6.U5 tri-snRNP complex to support pre-mRNA splicing and also associates with the Sin3-HDAC complex during chromatin remodeling. Each vial ships with 100 µl of unconjugated reagent at 1 mg/ml, formulated in PBS containing 0.1% sodium azide and 50% glycerol to maintain activity during refrigerated storage.
