Description
From Antibodies.com, this rabbit polyclonal antibody is raised against PPID. It is unconjugated and validated for Western blot (WB), immunohistochemistry (IHC), and immunofluorescence (IF). Reactivity has been demonstrated against Human, Mouse, and Rat samples.
The immunogen was recombinant full length Human PPID, and the reagent detects endogenous levels of PPID protein. It is supplied at 1mg/ml in PBS with 0.1% Sodium Azide and 50% Glycerol. The target protein runs at ~41kDa. Purity is greater than 95% as determined by SDS-PAGE; the antibody was affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity-chromatography using an epitope-specific immunogen.
