Anti-PPIA Antibody

Raised in rabbit and affinity-purified against a recombinant human PPIA immunogen, this polyclonal reagent from Antibodies.com is designed to detect endogenous levels of total peptidyl-prolyl cis-trans isomerase A (PPIA, also known as Cyclophilin A) in human, mouse, and rat samples. The antibody is supplied as an unconjugated IgG at 1.0 mg/mL in a 50 µL volume, formulated in phosphate-buffered saline (pH 7.4) containing 150 mM NaCl, 0.02% sodium azide, and 50% glycerol as a cryoprotectant. It is validated for Western blotting and immunohistochemistry, making it well suited to studies of PPIA expression, folding enzyme activity, and related cell signalling pathways across a broad range of research models.
