Anti-PPIA Antibody

Raised in rabbit as an unconjugated polyclonal reagent, this Antibodies.com primary antibody recognises PPIA (peptidyl-prolyl isomerase A, also known as Cyclophilin A), a conserved cytosolic immunophilin that catalyses cis-trans isomerisation of proline peptide bonds and is broadly expressed across mammalian tissues. The antibody is supplied at 1 mg/ml in PBS with 0.1% Sodium Azide and 50% Glycerol, dispensed as a 100 µl vial and validated for western blot (WB) and immunohistochemistry (IHC) use on human, mouse, and rat samples. The 50% glycerol formulation supports freeze-thaw tolerant storage at standard freezer temperatures for repeated experimental sessions. Intended for research use only.
