Anti-PPIA Antibody

This unconjugated rabbit polyclonal IgG antibody from Antibodies.com targets PPIA (Cyclophilin A, also known as Peptidyl-prolyl cis-trans isomerase A). It is validated for Western Blot (WB) applications and reacts with human, mouse, and rat samples.

The antibody is supplied as a liquid in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.01% Thiomersal, and has been affinity purified. The target has a molecular weight of 17 kDa. Recommended dilution for WB is 1:500-1:2,000. Concentration is lot specific. The immunogen corresponds to a synthetic peptide within amino acids 100-165 of human PPIA (NP_066953.1).

For storage, the product is shipped at 4°C; upon delivery, aliquot and store at -20°C, avoiding freeze/thaw cycles.
