PPFIBP1 (also known as Liprin-β-1) is a scaffolding protein that localizes to focal adhesions and the cell cortex, where it organizes cytoskeletal dynamics, supports integrin-based adhesion, and regulates cell migration. This unconjugated rabbit polyclonal IgG antibody from Antibodies.com is raised against PPFIBP1 and validated for Western blot detection of the human protein. The reagent is supplied as a 200 µl liquid volume in a vial, compatible with standard HRP-conjugated secondary reagents for chemiluminescent readout. Researchers studying receptor tyrosine phosphatase signaling, focal adhesion turnover, neuronal synapse assembly, and tumor cell invasion use anti-PPFIBP1 reagents to probe endogenous expression across cell lines and primary tissue lysates. Aliquot upon first use and store refrigerated to preserve antibody activity across repeated experiments. The polyclonal format yields recognition of multiple epitopes within PPFIBP1, improving tolerance for minor sample variation and partial degradation during lysis.
