Anti-PPBP Antibody

This primary antibody from Antibodies.com is a rabbit polyclonal IgG that recognises PPBP (also known as CXCL7/PBP). Unconjugated and raised in rabbit, it reacts with human samples and is validated for Western blot applications at recommended dilutions of 1:500–1:1,000. The immunogen is a recombinant fusion protein corresponding to amino acids 31–128 of human PPBP (NP_002695.1), and the target has a molecular weight of 14 kDa. The antibody is supplied as a liquid in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide, with concentration specified as lot specific, and is purified by affinity chromatography. It is shipped at 4°C and, upon delivery, should be aliquoted and stored at −20°C; repeated freeze/thaw cycles should be avoided.
