Anti-PPAT Antibody

A primary antibody from Antibodies.com, raised in rabbit as a polyclonal against PPAT (phosphoribosyl pyrophosphate amidotransferase). The unconjugated IgG reagent is supplied as a liquid in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide, and has been affinity purified. The molecular weight of the target protein is reported as 55 kDa.

Validated for Western blot (WB) and immunocytochemistry/immunofluorescence (ICC/IF), with manufacturer-recommended starting dilutions of WB 1:500–1:2,000 and ICC/IF 1:50–1:100. The immunogen is a recombinant fusion protein corresponding to amino acids 1–280 of human PPAT (NP_002694.3). The antibody is reactive with human samples, with the catalogue additionally indicating monkey reactivity.

Shipped at 4°C; upon delivery the reagent should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C, avoiding repeated freeze/thaw cycles. The concentration is lot-specific.
