Anti-PPARG Antibody

A rabbit polyclonal antibody to PPARG (PPAR gamma) supplied by Antibodies.com for use in human, mouse and rat samples. The reagent is unconjugated and of IgG isotype, and applications include Western blot, immunohistochemistry and immunofluorescence (IHC and ICC/IF), with recommended dilutions of 1:50–1:200 for IHC and 1:50–1:200 for ICC/IF. It was raised against a recombinant fusion protein corresponding to amino acids 1–120 of human PPAR gamma (NP_056953.2), and is affinity purified and supplied as a liquid at lot-specific concentration. The target protein has a predicted molecular weight of 57 kDa. The antibody is shipped at 4 °C; on receipt it should be aliquoted and stored at –20 °C, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided.
