Description
A Rabbit polyclonal antibody from Antibodies.com targets PPAR delta (PPARD). The unconjugated IgG reagent is validated for Western blot and immunohistochemistry and reacts with Human, Mouse, and Rat samples.
The immunogen is a recombinant fusion protein corresponding to amino acids 160-441 of human PPARD, and the antibody is purified by affinity chromatography, with a reported molecular weight of 54 kDa. It is supplied as a liquid in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.01% thiomersal. Recommended dilutions are 1:500-1:1,000 for WB and 1:50-1:200 for IHC. The product is shipped at 4°C and should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C, avoiding repeated freeze/thaw cycles.
