Anti-PPARA Antibody

The rabbit polyclonal anti-PPARA antibody from Antibodies.com targets Peroxisome Proliferator-Activated Receptor Alpha, a nuclear receptor transcription factor central to fatty acid β-oxidation, lipid catabolism, and glucose homeostasis. PPARA is highly expressed in metabolically active tissues including liver, cardiac muscle, kidney, skeletal muscle, and brown adipose tissue, where it governs transcription of genes involved in peroxisomal and mitochondrial fatty acid oxidation, ketogenesis, and bile acid metabolism.

This unconjugated primary reagent is validated for Western Blot (WB) and Immunohistochemistry (IHC) applications and shows reactivity with human, mouse, and rat samples.
