Anti-PPAN Antibody

From Antibodies.com, this rabbit polyclonal antibody targets PPAN and is validated for Western blot (WB), immunohistochemistry (IHC) and immunocytochemistry/immunofluorescence (ICC/IF) workflows. The unconjugated IgG reagent shows reactivity with Human and Mouse samples.

The immunogen is a recombinant fusion protein containing a sequence corresponding to amino acids 1–300 of human PPAN (NP_064615.3). The antibody recognises PPAN at the reported molecular weight of 53 kDa / 55 kDa. It is supplied as a liquid in Phosphate Buffered Saline, pH 7.3, containing 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide, and has been affinity purified. Concentration is lot specific.

Recommended dilutions are WB 1:500–1:2,000, IHC 1:50–1:200, and ICC/IF 1:50–1:200. The product is shipped at 4°C; upon delivery it should be aliquoted and stored at −20°C, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided.
