Anti-PPA1 Antibody

Supplied by Antibodies.com, this rabbit polyclonal antibody targets PPA1 (pyrophosphate phospho-hydrolase), also known as IOPPP or PPase, and is raised against a recombinant human PPA1 immunogen. The reagent is unconjugated and presented at 1.0 mg/mL in a phosphate-buffered saline formulation (pH 7.4, 150 mM NaCl) supplemented with 0.02% sodium azide and 50% glycerol as a cryoprotectant. Following affinity purification on the immunogen, the antibody specifically recognises endogenous levels of total PPA1 protein in human, mouse, and rat samples, and is validated for Western blotting (WB) and immunohistochemistry (IHC). The 50 µL aliquot is shipped at 4°C and should be stored short-term at 4°C; for longer-term use, aliquot and store at –20°C, avoiding repeated freeze/thaw cycles.
